Gina Martino

Born and raised in Beverly Hills, Gina has an intimate knowledge of the Los Angeles real estate market. For over 15 years, Gina has represented everyone from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, star athletes, recording artists and Hollywood executives. Gina’s past business experience in retail and residential property design, development, construction, marketing and operations – along with her proven ability in contract negotiations and public relations – allow her to provide the best service possible for her clients. Her willingness to see all aspects of a potential conflict, and her ability to defuse a bad situation before it occurs, is one of her greatest qualities. Gina prides herself on her tenacity, and yet her negotiating style is based on communication and understanding, so that she is always able to collaborate with buyers, sellers and fellow agents to achieve her client’s ultimate goals. Gina is also an active nature advocate. She is involved with community environmental groups such as Surfrider Foundation, World Wildlife Fund, The Nature Conservancy, as well as a supporter of the arts through the Los Angeles Philharmonic, The Geffen Playhouse and the Center Theatre Group.
